Standard delivery is free for all orders. Your order should reach you within 5 working days. We will keep you up to date with your order by email.

Express delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday and should reach you within 1-2 working days. 

Returns

We would like you to be happy with your purchase from Hooglig. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return the item/items for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging in a saleable condition. This is in addition to your statuary rights.

Returns are free of charge.  Please contact us by email customerservices@hooglig.com so we can arrange the return for you.
